ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Please make sure the document is in accordance with the order. Orders are considered confirmed when a down payment of 70% is received for indent items, and 100% is received for in-stock items. Balance payment is required before delivery to client for indent items, and at the time of item completion for in-stock items. Payment COD (cash on delivery) are not allowed by check and are only allowed by cash or transfer (with proof of payment). All payment based on foreign currency must use the current day's TT counter sell rate from www.klikbca.com website --any exception to this rule must have written approval from management Claims to be presented no later than 8 days from receipt order.
QUOTATION
All base prices on quotations are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All unreserved stock is subject to change at any moment.
LEAD TIME
All lead times for indent items are 4-6 months. Lead times are only counted starting from full down payment received and full order details confirmation by customer's signature on the selected items to order.
PRICING
All Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All deliveries to the Jabotabek area are free of charge. Deliveries made to other areas are subject to delivery charges. If client use their own 3rd party to do the delivery, PT. TBA Indonesia will do the handover checklist as soon as the 3rd party pick up the goods.
DELIVERY
All orders can only be delivered after receiving full payment. Customers must give PT. TBA Indonesia at least 3-4 day's notice to arrange deliveries.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Confirmed orders cannot be modified except for the following conditions: (1) The request must be received prior to work in progress. (2) Changes will be subject to additional charges for material, labor and administrative cost.
CANCELATION
Cancellations will not be accepted if the production of an order is already in progress. Orders cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total value of the order. All Sale items are final. No exchanges or returns are permitted.
INSTALLATION
Any additional cost (including storage fees) incurred in construction quality or dimension will be borne by customer.
ITEM RESERVATION
Goods can be reserved for 3 days. A sale item, however, can only be reserved for 1 day.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All products are carefully inspected prior to delivery. All complaints for damages and defects must be informed immediately at the time of delivery. Any damage that may have been caused by delivery or normal wear-and-tear will not be entertained if the claim is submitted after a delivery was made. A signed delivery order by the customer or a representative of the customer at the time of delivery is considered an approval of the delivered item’s condition.
RETURNS
There are no exchanges or returns allowed without written authorization from PT. TBA Indonesia. No exchange, return for sale items.
WARRANTY
The original warrants of each product are free of defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years. PT. TBA will not be responsible for any damage if the goods have been shipped or handover on process by 3rd party from client.
